LUMIVEX PTE. LTD. is a private limited company registered in Singapore. We provide construction and installation services for photovoltaic systems and air-conditioning equipment — two building trades that sit on roofs, façades, and plant rooms across commercial and industrial sites.
The company is based at Pioneer Point on Soon Lee Street, in Jurong. The address is a working industrial location, close to the workshops, warehouses, and building programmes that make up this part of Singapore.
We do not present ourselves as an equipment manufacturer or a trading desk. The work is construction and installation: reading the site, placing systems correctly, and leaving them in a state the client can operate.
Photovoltaic construction and air-conditioning installation share the same discipline — access, structure, electrical coordination, and a clean handover. That is the standard we apply to both lines.

How we operate
One counterpart on site
Clients deal with a single Singapore company for the installation programme. Scope, access, and handover documents stay with that counterpart rather than a chain of disconnected subcontractors the client has to assemble.
Where a project needs both photovoltaic work and air-conditioning installation, we can sequence the two trades so they share the same site plan. Engagements can also be one trade only.
