The site work behind a finished system

Construction and installation succeed when survey, placement, commissioning, and handover stay in one programme. That is the work we organise for photovoltaic systems and air-conditioning equipment.

01

Site survey and planning

Before equipment is ordered or a crew is booked, we record the conditions that will govern the job: roof or plant-room access, structure, existing services, working hours, and any building constraints the client already knows.

The survey is the basis of layout and method. It is how we avoid discovering, mid-install, that a run, a mounting line, or a condenser pad will not fit.

02

Installation delivery

On site we place photovoltaic arrays or air-conditioning plant according to the agreed method. Construction covers mounting, equipment setting, and the connecting work needed for the system to operate as a whole.

Where both trades are in the same programme, we sequence roof, plant room, and indoor work so they do not block each other. Scope for a given job is confirmed in writing before works start.

03

System commissioning

A system is not handed over because it is physically in place. We start equipment, check operating points, and correct the issues that only appear when the plant is live.

Commissioning is scaled to the installation: a small split system and a rooftop PV array are not tested the same way, but both leave the site in a documented running state.

Coordination and handover

Clients keep one Singapore counterpart for programme, access, and close-out. Handover includes the as-installed picture the operator needs — not a pile of unsigned drawings.

Ongoing maintenance, if required, is scoped separately. This site does not claim a standard service contract for every installation.
